Carol Flanagan

Carol understands the needs of businesses, having been a corporate lawyer for more than 20 years. She is a past President of the Corporate Lawyers Association and has also been head of corporate legal departments in both public and private sector organizations. She is a former General Counsel of the Commonwealth Government's Export Finance and Insurance Corporation.

Carol is the author of several publications in the areas of International Trade and Business Law and has also lectured and prepared courses for The University of New England, The University of Technology Sydney, The College of International Business and The Australian Institute of Export.

Jack Flanagan
B. Com (Hons), M.B.A., G.Dip PHE, CPA (Fellow)

Emeritus Professor Jack Flanagan has a background in corporate accounting and finance combined with academic accomplishment. He is currently Professor of Accounting at the Australian Catholic University and convenes courses for the Australian Graduate School of Management on a regular basis.

He is co-author of several books on Accounting and Finance which are widely used in the university sector. His research interests include the analysis of corporate performance, ethical decision-making in organisations and corporate governance. He is a co-founder of the Centre for Research on Ethics and Decision-Making in Organisations (CREDO) at Australian Catholic University, launched in 2003. He has served as a director on the boards of organisations in the health care industry, and not-for-profit organisations. He also runs training courses for both professional groups and commercial organisations.
