Our fees are highly competitive. The Rocks Practice is structured to ensure that clients are not paying to maintain high overheads. You will receive an estimate of costs before we begin work. We are happy to visit our clients if they prefer. Our central office is in Quay West, in The Rocks. We are also available at West Pennant Hills by appointment. For the elderly, disabled or ill patients we make home or hospital visits.

How to Save On Conveyancing and Finance Costs
The Rocks Practice is a member of Lawfund. By referring our clients to Lawfund to source their home loan or other fiance, we facilitate their access to the best mortgage finance from all the major banks and lending institutions. We rebate part of the commission with our clients, who receive a cash bonus to reduce the cost of the conveyancing transaction. The amount of the cash rebate varies according to the amount borrowed, but as a guide: if you borrow $400,000 or more, you will receive a cheque from us for $750.
